With a lot of love and heart, fresh dairy products such as yogurt fresh cream, yogurt, yogurt desserts, cottage cheese and various semi-hard cheeses are made from their own cow’s milk.

Dairy farming has always been practiced on the family-run farm, paying attention to healthy, species-appropriate animal husbandry and genetically unmodified feed, and you can taste it !

Since the Raps family had already used Glasbord® in the milk chamber years ago, they also decided to use Hydewa sandwich systems for the new construction of the production rooms.

In combination with Glasbord®, its special Surfaseal® film sealing, HACCP certification, fire classification (B-s2-d0), low joint content, durability and robustness, the perfect solution for this sensitive area.

Glasbord® had also been installed in the milk room years ago for these reasons
